“Thank you, Freddy & Little Massi, for the heaters.”
Margaret Randall, San Carlos, Arizona
I need prayers for patience and energy. Thank you to my dear children D Young Man II, Santana Young Man, Mercedese Young Man, Lane Young Man and Darien Young Man. If it weren’t for their support I couldn’t help all the young ones. I love you babies for sticking with me and standing by me. Wopila especially to Michelle L Warmath and David Anthony of Freddy & Lil Massi Calling Corp, for helping me to provide for the two lil ones that were brought to me. I forgot how much energy is needed to properly care for toddlers.
“This a worthy organization to give to. They help people on the rez to have heat for the winter, among other things. They are a legit organization. Please remember them in your holiday giving.” ~Sharon McClellan, FLMCC contributor
This evening my son Lane Young Man, my daughter Darien Young Man helped me deliver much needed heaters to some elders in our community. Thank you to Freddy & Little Massi Calling Corp and your donors for providing these awesome heaters. Ten homes on our rez will be nice and cozy this winter. I’m honored to help.~ Davidica Littlespottedhorse, Oglala Lakota
This is a wonderful charity that I have been VERY pleased to support and will continue to support. The people involved in Freddy & Little Massi Calling Corp are kind, compassionate, loving human beings who truly care about those in need. They always go that extra mile (or two) to help people who lack the basic necessities that most of us take for granted: food, clothing, and heat during those cold winter months. I have seen the truckloads of baby clothes and items and children’s clothing that this charity has purchased through donations and collected from donors which was sent to Native reservations. Also, I was honored to donate money to Freddy & Little Massi Calling Corp on another occasion to help buy heating fuel for Lakota people who could not afford the high cost of propane. I can not say enough good about this organization. Freddy & Little Massi Calling Corp is truly making a positive difference in this world! We need more caring individuals like “Team Freddy.” If I could I’d give this organization TEN stars!

I have been a volunteer with Freddy & Little Massi Calling Corp for a few years now and can vouch for the fact that they are very honest in whatever they say. They are very dedicated to helping people in need. They do all that they do without taking anything for themselves. I have seen times when an elderly person needed fuel and their donation funds where short so they put in the rest of the money themselves so they could order a tank of fuel. These folks are blessings to the people they have helped.
We are like a family working together to see that those in need are helped. Some of us have skills (crocheting, sewing, etc) but can’t afford the material to make what is need so others that don’t have the skills donate material to us that do. Everyone does their part and it works out really well. We have made baby blanket sets, hats and scarves, shoulder wraps etc. All needed in cold weather. I am so honored to be associated with this group and they make me very proud. *I LOVE FREDDY & LITTLE MASSI* for all they do.

I have sent people across my rez to Freddy and Little Massi Calling Corp for years now. They really do help the Natives on our reservation with things like clothing, help with bills, even food . They helped a young single mother rent a home for her and her children after she found a job. The fact they are giving a hand up instead of a hand out sets them apart from other programs. They work diligently and tirelessly to get help to Natives all across Turtle Island. I’m proud to say as a Lakota person working in the community I know if I send someone in need to them, they do their best to assist. They have been a good friend to our Lakota Oyate.

Valaria Apple: Thank you David Anthony for all the help you have given us at a time when we couldn’t make ends meet. My great grandson did a mean Lakota step around the room when everything was completed. We are forever grateful. Unci Valaria Apple.
Thank you Freddy & Little Massi Calling Corp, a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization for supporting my musical journey and for all the good work you do here on the Pine Ridge Reservation. I’m honored to know your non-profit is one of the few legit organizations that really do help the people. Hugs!

A MESSAGE FROM HEIDY WHO IS IN SIKKIM AT THE ORPHANAGE ( MONASTERY ) FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS.
SINCE THE LOCATION OF THE MONASTERY IN SIKKIM IS SO OUT OF REACH , THE INTERNET IS VERY RARELY AVAILABLE AND HEIDY MANAGED TO GET THIS EMAIL AND A COUPLE PICTURES TO ME AND ASKED ME TO POST IT FOR HER TO KEEP OUR SUPPORTERS ABREAST ON HER WORK. BELOW IS HER MESSAGE :
I send you this email and one Picture to Freddy and little Massi and Friends. I can not send it to Face Book from here. The connection breaks up all the time. Maybe you like to post it on your wall !?
I stay now soon two months in Sikkim with the 35 Children and young adults in the Monastery. I am very happy that I could go back to those orphan Children. It was like coming back home.
The first 5 Weeks where very intense.
In the first week one of the little ones got measles – and then step by step all the little ones got this children sickness. Some of them had very bad side effects of this measles. So the children called my Sleeping room “OUR HOSPITAL” .
In my Room are 3 Beds and most of the time in each bed stayed 2 Children. So it was easy for me to give them the treatment they needed. Then i had some bad cuttings to care for, when they cut their Hair with razor blade, several sprains, coughing, flu, and many ekzema. I am full of thanks and very happy that my Doctor, Pharmaceutical and Nurse Friends in Switzerland gave me so many good Bandages and Medicine. I was very often praying, that i do the right thing. Then i am not a Nurse & could just handle and trust. I am full of thanks to God , that all is going well until now.
It is here Monsoon season.. It is raining very much – and sometimes we had for several days no electricity and also no water in the Buildings. Inside the Buildings all the time a little bit wet.
I wrote a diary – but only in German – maybe i will let it translate, when i am back in Switzerland.I will have very hard to go away from here. Then these little Boys and also the elders had many struggles in their young life. And they have all the Love from me that i can give to them. One of the little ones was so very afraid, I will die, when i had flu and fever. I would get just a little bit sleep in the afternoon. He was crying all the time on my side and tried to open my tired eyes with hes little fingers. He layed hes little arms around my neck and whispered in my ear AMALA – it is the Tibetan word for Mother. Hes Mother died , when he was 4 years old – now he is 7…storys like that where every day – I CAN REALLY SAY I LOVE MY BOYS, LIKE A MOTHER. I have no own Children, but i can not imagine, that i would love my own children more, then “my” Children in Sikkim.
My deepest thanks to all of you who support the Sikkim project. It is my Heart project – my Prayers and my Love are with you !
More pictures will follow. But not at this Moment. It needs more than a half hour time so send one Pic – and when the Internet stop it is just not possible 🙂
All my best wishes from the Himalayan mountains, Heidy

“Thank you guys for sponsoring another home for the Lakota people. ERC is proud to work with you,…and that is how we roll.
We at Freddy and Little Massi Calling Corp are proud to have been able to assist in bringing a good home to another family in need of shelter. Visit our “videos” page for more of our work in South Dakota.

To Freddy Little Massi Calling Corp and company,
I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks for your generous gift of 350.00 to assist me in paying my rent for the period of one month. I was very happy and appreciative to learn I was selected as the recipient of this generous gift.
It has been my goal to obtain a degree and I have been a full time student on a limited income for the last year. When my unemployment ran out, I did not have any resources to pay my rent. By awarding me the rental assistance, you have lightened my financial burden which allows me to focus on the most important aspect of locating employment and keeping a roof over my head while I continue pursuing my goals.
Again, many thanks to you and your organization for your generous gift.
