ABOUT FLMCC

FREDDY & LITTLE MASSI CALLING CORP (“FLMCC”) helps families with elders and children to meet daily living needs in urgent situations. When an elder needs help in winter with heating, when children need help with school supplies, or when the homeless need food and clothing, FLMCC strives to help provide this assistance. We work strictly on a volunteer basis and all of our resources come from individual donations from the public. To learn more about us, please read below. Please note: Assistance is provided on a first-come, first served basis and only as our funds permit. Priority is given to households with young children and/or elders.

FREDDY & LITTLE MASSI CALLING CORP is duly registered  with the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau  and with the Florida Department of State -Division of Corporations/ Florida Department of Agriculture and Human Services*. The corporation is also registered with the IRS as a Tax Exempt 501(c)3 Public Charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRS Determination Letter #947 of 6/30/14, with tax exempt status effective January 17, 2012.) We will be happy to provide upon request our registration number and other publicly-available documents. Please email your request, name and mailing address to receive these documents. We welcome your questions on our organization and activities.

*A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Florida division of consumer services by calling toll-free (800-435-7352) within the State. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State.

When you donate, how is the money used?

We are all working on a strictly volunteer basis. No member of the Board receives any compensation.
Financial donations are  devoted to :

– Assisting in food and clothing drives

– Providing warm winter accessories (hats, gloves)
– Assisting families with heating / electric bills, notably in winter, as funds allow
– Providing educational materials to school children

– Other actions that may fit into our mission
– A very small percentage (around $300-500/year) is used for administrative (financial fees, yearly registrations, postage and shipping fees, etc.) and small-scale fundraising purposes (website fees, consumables).

PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately can NOT provide the following: rental assistance, vehicle assistance (repairs, etc.) as our funding and budget generally does not allow this.

When you make a donation, it goes through a secure payment platform. These platforms ensure that any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected with 128 Bit encryption software on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or at the top of other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.

-We have also supported the Sikkim project sponsoring orphan children in Sikkim, India, assisted church groups with donations, and helped hurricane victims, as well as contributing to other actions that may be brought to our attention, depending on the funds or supplies available.
